Frequently Asked

How Do I Know If You Will Be A Good Fit?

Oftentimes, we don’t know if a therapist is a good fit until therapy begins. I offer a complimentary 15 minutes “Good Fit” chat to provide an idea of what therapy could look like but this does not provide a full picture of what I work together will look like. I also encourage individuals to attend at least multiple sessions before making a decision about fit, this allows time for rapport building and obtaining a better understanding of the presenting concerns. However, it is okay if you decide early on that a therapist you meet is not a good fit, what’s most important that you receive the services that you need, and that is okay if it is with another therapist.
